  'cause anyway, it might be too late for you, even to cross border at luohu.So an alternative is to stay in a cheap hotel in Tsim Sha Shui/Jordan/Mongkok... for a night for around HK$200, then catch the direct bus to Swatou at Hon Hau Road (漢口道0 in TST, next to Hang Seng bank at 7:00 in the morn (only once frequency a day).

  There is also a chance that the HK airport runs through bus to Swatou, as far as I know there are two companies running through bus to Swatou in HK, if you make a quick search in Google, i'm sure you'll get some latest infor.

  Thank you very much for your information! It will be wonderful to take bus from HK to Shantou directly. Do you by any chance know where I can take the bus and how many buses there are in a day?

  It'll probably be too late, 'cause 9:30 from HK airport, after checking out...etc, you may not even catch the latest train to Luo Hu!

  For info.: the latest bus from SZ to ShanTou is 20:00, so you may stay in ahotel in SZ, then catch the 2nd day's bus to ST (from 8:00-20:00 daily)/

  You may consider taking a bus from HK directly to ST, to save time. ($180)
