Monokino, an eclectic breed from Amsterdam and later signed with the biggest indie label in China , Modern Sky. With their funky-vibe and pop-fun approach in their songs, you will be amused by their weirdness in the coming March. They had already been invited to play in the world’s leading music industry events SXSW 2014 and Culture Collide, this will be a very exclusive chance for us to enjoy their show in Hong Kong.

Monokino is a trio, with George van Wetering (the song writer, lead vocals, guitar); Yu Jin (former member of ‘Cobra’, first all-women rock band in Beijing) on keyboard and synthesizer, and electronic drummer Wouter de Buck.

Achun is multi-instrumentalist and producer base in Macau, China. He was released album / EPs in PAUSE:MUSIC(Shanghai), Macignus Records(Italy) and FTK (Hong Kong). His original material is stunning pure chill sounds into bright electronica patterns representing a connection between eastern and western digital music, easy to find traditional asian flavor contaminations melted with old school broken beats, a mature and experimental music to take all in one sip.
