近幾星期,多次嘗試以不同銀行的信用卡訂票總是不成功,信息: "we are unable to process your payment and your booking has been cancelled. kindly book again and pay using a different credit card. thank you."以往都是用相同的信用卡,都能成功,亦從未試過遇到這個情况,查詢過銀行,但所用的信用卡全部一切正常,亦發過電郵給customerservice@cebupacificair.com,但無回覆!萬分感谢 !!
