可能係：
1. CUP 知道 Shitty 發 Rewards CUP Diamond 發得太濫受埋佢玩會蝕死所以唔俾佢有份？（但係大貓張 Diamond CUP 都好多人有喎...）
2. 呢個 promo 要發卡行 bear the cost 而 Shitty 唔肯？

匯豐的鑽石同白金visa 一樣難度，都算難度高過Citibank rewards少少ge,呢度週不時有會員話匯豐唔批卡，但真的很少見話Citibank reward card唔批

2.個人認為唔係，因為香港交行都唔知。好可能印diamond，網頁又無太清楚說明鑽石卡，銀聯公司根本唔知純個人意見
