Launching with a couple of short parody videos on how to enjoy fine dining, the second branch of the Greyhound spinoff Another Hound Cafe is open on the first floor of the freshly-revamped Emporium.
Boasting a suitably high-end look, the cafe puts the focus on fusion Italian-Asian dishes, with dishes ranging from Italian staples like Canadian lobster spaghetti with white wine (B1,290) to Thai comfort dishes like crab bomb with rice (stir-fried crab meat with yellow chilli, B450).
Desserts include Thai pandan custard and black sticky rice creme brulee (B140).
There’s also a Champagne bar by Moët Chandon offering Moët Chandon Imperial at B4,000/bottle.
