After 12 years working in internationally-recognized restaurants and hotels like Jumeirah in Dubai, Ermitage and Baur au Lac in Switzerland as well as Bangkok’s Capri, chef Karsten Seyfert has paired up with a friend to open his own restaurant.
Avanti is a casual Italian restaurant serving made-from-scratch classics like pizzas (starting B240), pastas (starting B185) and salads (starting B240), as well as meat and seafood dishes.
They recommend the risotto sausage (B290) and pan-seared yellow fin tuna (B330).
