The starched white tablecloths and velvet-upholstered chair are paired with rustic materials like bare bricks, hand-troweled walls in earth tones and solid wood furniture. Chef and co-owner Angelo Rottoli, Beccofino takes particular pride in his hand-rolled and hand-twisted pasta, but also the wood-fired oven used to make crispy thin-crust pizzas. Either way, dishes are comforting and fuss-free. Beccofino is equally serious about its wine: their list is impressive, and just for Italian wines.
