Serving up Chinese cuisine on the riverside, Chef Pom is headed by Thai Chef Thanarak Chuto, who has been cooking for more than 30 years in places such as the Shanghai Mansion Hotel in Yaowarat.
The classic menu covers dim sum (B70-B250) and dishes like Hokkaido scallop with garlic, Szechuan sauce and milk (B450), drunken chicken with wasabi and jelly fish (B280) and seared beef tenderloin with onion, kale and Hong Kong red wine sauce (B350).
Take note: they do serve shark fin dishes.
