La VIE is the revamped 11/F restaurant of VIE Hotel. Previously more of a buffet place, the restaurant is now back to doing a la carte and multi-course set menus.
Headed by Chef Supat Chinsangtip, the kitchen cooks up French classics, such as housesmoked duck breast with parsnip puree (B500), lobster bisque (B250) and lamb chops with aubergine caviar (B950).
Right now, it’s actually crazily cheap, as they have a come-two-pay-one deal on their B599 lunch set (three courses) and B1,800 dinner (four courses or B2,000 for five).
The decor hasn’t changed but they’re planning on renovating that in June.
