The latest venue from the Hyde and Seek team is named in tribute to apron-clad craftsmen the world over and specializes in retro Western comfort food.
Food covers everything from cold cuts, salads and soups to pasta, sandwiches and meat and seafood mains. The highlights, though, may well be the old-school hotdog cart and the so-called "ice cream donut sandwich" (a form of dessert burger) patio out front.
Recommended dishes include the on-trend Apron lobster roll (B950, salt beef sandwich (B435), squid ink fettuccine with calamari (B360) and seafood paella (B395).
Behind the eight-meter antique zinc bar you'll find original creative drinks. Signature cocktails include the Secret Sour (Gold Label Reserve, Red Gluhwein, citrus, lavender, B380) and The Popsicle (Tanqueray gin, lychee liqueur, pineapple syrup, grapefruit, ginger, apple popsicle, B320).
