| 享用心得： | Moving to the restaurant, a vibrant bread basket is complimentary to every table, with different flavored salts to pair with the butter, such as Himalaya pink salt, coffee salt, Sichuan chili salt and soya sauce salt.Following with a crab tartare with beetroot espuma as a amuse bouche, we also have a seafood platter, seared foie gras and a vividly scrumptious smoked scallop that is excellently plump and sweet. A scoop of fruity mango sorbet is followed as a refreshment to our palate. |
