Two events to get your food truck fix in Bangkok this weekend

Celebrate Labor Day with some hard-earned food and beer at May Day Beer Market taking place at Beer Bridge from Apr 30-May 1, 5pm-1am. Note that the food trucks will be there until 11pm each day (chances are they might sell-out before that, though). You can expect Italian pasta from Forkers, cheese risotto from Surface, ribs and pulled pork burgers from Bud's as well as Angel Wings’ BBQ ribs and wings. While listening to mixes from Zuperrrzap and Bangkok Invaders DJs, you can down an array of beers from all over the world includes Beervana, Heineken, Asahi, L'olmaia, Estrella Enedit, and Hoegaarden draught.

 

Indy Market x Food Truck will be held at Gateway Ekkamai on May 1-3, 3pm-10pm, with a dozen food trucks including Foodstop, Orn The Road, Mighty Wings BKK and Jungle Juice+Kebabs. The event will also feature chic fashion items, handmade products and accessories. In front of the mall on the ground and mezzanine floors, there will be a mini concert by Room 39, The Voice Thailand artists Chart Suchart (from Season 3) and Keng Thachaya (from Season 1), plus cool indie bands Hope the Flowers, Public Mansion and Hariguem Zaboy.
